The owner is extremely accommodating to requests, as I witnessed him change business hours, and improve the gym shower, simply to accommodate. If you've only been to a traditional mega-gyms, this place will show you what it's like to workout in a much quieter and more personalized environment. The equipment feels clean and brand new. The gym is very close to Mt. Sinai Hospital, as soon as you drive off the Julia Tuttle Causeway.

The workers are very unprofessional Not only did they disrespect me but belittle me as if I was a nobody when I pay to come to this establishment this is one of the worst gyms u can go to very unsanitary as well.
