Please do not work!!! Please take what I'm about to say to heart. I worked for a company that had people going through this agency. Most had issues with the agency but that is not the reason for the one star. The reason is because I heard several conversations where they were rude, unprofessional, negligent, and it looks like they have fake reviews. Most of the conversations were with Amanda and Leelane. But the most recent call, was an attempt by her to gaslight, then cut off, and hangup on the person she was speaking with. In a very brief conversation, She tried to twist what actually happened, and when my co worker said "no, that's not what happened," she was immediately cut off with "you are not allowed to work here ever again" and hung up. These people are so rude and unprofessional. And if you look at the bad reviews, that's what they are about. And if you look, there is a good review immediately posted after alot of bad reviews that said the exact opposite thing the bad reviews talk about. If one says unprofessional and rude, they post one saying friendly and professional, and so on. Please take the bad reviews seriously. Your experience working with them won't be any different. They will treat you horribly like everyone else. They also withheld money. The labor board is definitely getting involved.

Covid has been hard on everybody, so when I lost my job I went to this agency and found the staff to be very helpful and very willing to help it’s prospective employees. The staff member that I spoke to end up with was Mayra, she was very professional and very attentive. Mayra went above and beyond to praise the agency and help me find my current job. If I had questions she was always ready to answer them at any time. I highly recommend this agency and I highly recommend Mayra for her wonderful human resource skills.
