I recommend ARS to anyone. My experience with ARS was positive in every way. Travis the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the products and made sure I understood everything about the install. The day of the Install Jeff and his partner Francisco, showed up with everything they needed. They were very friendly and professional. They made sure that the A/C they brought was the the system we had agreed on! They answered any questions I had, They made sure I understood the new thermostat and how it worked, Jeff and Francisco worked very hard in very hot conditions. They took the old system out and put the new system in and had cold air blowing through my vents in roughly 7 hours which I thought was very fast, considering the 100+ degrees in the attic and the amount of work they had to perform. Thanks Travis, Jeff, and Francisco, job well done.

I purchased an AC unit from them. They sold Me the wrong tonnage for my home. The installation was not professional, many back and forth until the AC is working. I paid for an new system and they did not change few parts for me claiming that they are working. Paid get paid for a full installed. Be very careful dealing with this company. I have a technician coming to fix my AC due to the injection box that have never been change since 20 years ago. It was not change because it requires a permit they said that is why they did not touch it. Technician did not know how to fix the AC and keeping going back and forth. He changed thermostat $495, small device another 495, and electric surge box to support the old connection box. In an hour $ 1395.. the reason why he keep changing the stuff because he has no clue what is the problem. In an hour he want me to pay almost $1400 dollars. All what I can say be careful with this company. Of course they have the chiefs and the office that do not response to your email When you need them unless you contact corporate office or home depot. The technician left, I put my old thermostat and it works. This is a fraud just right there. I am sure he did it know what he was doing. My appointment was between 12-3pm. The technician arrive at 6:20pm finish at 7pm and he want to be paid almost 1400 dollars. I am not sure who is giving them these prices. In short, do not call this company for a repair. Repair is like buying a new equipment with them. Poor technician skills. He could not even check if my thermostat is working. He is in a hurry to the next victim/ appointment. My AC is brand new and new installation from them that I paid 9K. Warranty does not mean anything with this company. The good thing about them is that they have good people at the corporate office that communicate with you. Company in tampa is not managed well. Management need to be changed.

I had called for an appointment for my yearly checkup and maintenance on my AC unit. I was very pleased that they had time for that very same day. Technician Jay was extremely professional and through with his service. As the rest of the world has laxed itself from masks and courtesy to others around them Jay is not one of them. He was wearing his mask and that made meant a lot being my household is compromised. Thank you for the service and for wearing a mask as we did as well.

I do not recommend believing the salesman of the company when they warranty their work. My permit was never closed out. They only cover parts and labor for 1 year and the manufacture covers the system for ten years and then your paying for the $99 for the service call and whatever the repair is beyond that. I recommend finding a different company that covers the equipment longer and not using ARS and the Home Depot for this. Also the markup on their equipment that they sell it’s ridiculous I was originally quoted $11,000 but seeing as I know from having family in the heating and cooling business what the cost of the machine is, was able to pay only $6000 for a new 5 ton system, but under the condition that I would not have to worry about my system for the duration of the manufacture warranty. Bottom line is other companies cover their new products longer and I highly recommend another company for this service and more than likely other services as well.

Used Home Depot 19.95 special with A R S. My ac was in good working order...tech talked me into 976.oo bill and spent 3 hrs. Do not fall for the Home Depot Special.
