Helpful staff with good knowledge in their field. I don't like the store policy that you have to leave your backpack in the front. Especially when I get back to the front and no one is there at the cashier watching over it.

I’ve been a customer of guitar center for over 20 years. Today was the best experience I’ve ever had. Lou treated me like I was family and helped me get everything I was looking for with an unprecedented level of customer service. He’s says he just puts himself in his customers shoes and thinks how he would feel if he was the customer. I bought my 3 year old sons first real guitar and a new mex strat that Lou showed me was his favorite. We asked his xo worker to take some pics and his coworker was funny because when I got in the car I saw these funny selfies he took while my phone was briefly in his possession. Lol

I took my guitar in to have the output jack reattached after the washer came loose, a tech named Richard provided the parts and fixed the problem free of charge. I also needed a new tuning machine and Richard was able to recommend the perfect replacement part. After the part arrived I took my guitar in again to have the tuning machine installed. The install was clean and the new part goes great with my guitar. Great results and great customer service.

Yes they are
I have what I need, thank you.
Dude, if you're shopping for guitars, you'll need to go into the store and check them out personally. Most good guitars range in price from $400 to $4,000. If you're on a budget, tell the sales clerk, they'll work with you.
You should call the store, that's a very specific question.
Dont know if they do or not; but if you call them I'm sure they could hook you up.
Not sure. I suggest you give them a call. If not, maybe they can refer someone.
You should call,to be sure.good luck.play happy music.🏝🎸
It's in packs and prices vary on the package 😃
They should, if not, try their website
There are a lot of prices, it depends on which model
Well it really depends on the level of a musician you are what are you looking to do you need an electric guitar do you need a acoustic guitar are you a beginner they have a lot of beginner starter stuff packages or just the insurance going for a starting price of about $100 good luck play on
Guitar Center says cellos through their sister companys music and arts and woodwind and brass
I don't think so, unless u found a floor model with a ding in it. They are very fair though, I've been buying there for years, and have no complaints.
