Left off samples of carpets, & no one ever followed up. I had to call for someone to come & pick them up. I ordered carpets from another company, & Coles miss out on a very large sale. Not a good way to do business.

Frank at Cole’s was incredibly helpful and patient in my search for a match to the existing carpet, and understanding of my need to keep costs down! I was impressed with the ease and speed of scheduling measurements and installation. Nikki was helpful, responsive, and even offered an early installation. Joe and David, the installers, were polite and efficient, and cleaned everything up nicely. I’ve shopped with Cole’s in the past, and this positive experience means I’ll continue to do so in the future.
