Over priced poorly stocked and just try to call the store. If you don't get the super annoying minutes long cheerleader message you'll get some sad, probably grossly overworked employee who really doesn't want to be on the phone with you anyway. So what am I saying? Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. You can probably get it cheaper and easier. Ulta stores are why people order from large online sellers.

I got my first hair cut 💇🏻‍♀️ today @ Ulta Beauty, Nayeli Contreras did my hair she did a lovely job she has a great attitude i left the store feeling fresh and happy. Highly recommend (Nayeli Contreras) 🙂

The employees are always hanging out chatting about their personal lives while several people I'm line and one cashier. I waited several minutes for my online order being the only one in that line...I even told an employee there is a line and only one person helping and she said she would meet me over there and several minutes had passed and instead the one poor cashier had to stop what they were doing to take care of me. You'd make more sales if you made your purchase lines more efficient!
