I called these guys to investigate rusty hot water (possible water heater replace) and a dripping sound. The service tech went into the attic to take a look and sat on a fire sprinkler flooding the house. It took 2 months to get them to acknowledge fault but then just passed the buck on to their water remediation partner. The water remediation partner had clearly not ever dealt with a mess quite like this before and making progress was like pulling teeth. I had to get 3 quotes on my own just to get them to send their own guy out to quote the repairs. I then had to basically project manage the entire effort and ASAP checked out all together. The water remediation company made it seem like they were trying to help but they clearly did not know where there responsibilities start and stop and ASAP was uninterested in participating and also refused to make a claim with their insurance. My house is still not the same and they left me hanging with the house cleaning bill, clothes cleaning bill and bill for the furniture that had to be replaced. Extremely unprofessional, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

They came out and did the job right away (it's in the name I guess) professional, no BS. Explained and showed me my issue before installing a new water heater. Taught us how to do routine upkeep on it so as to get the most out of the new one, and was just all around pleasant to have in our home working!! Harold was the best!!
