I had an issue with my Xbox series x called Calumet City they weren’t able to help me. They told me to call Hammond because if I needed a replacement they will have it. Called Hammond and the gentleman heard me out and pointed me out to crest wood location that he spoke to the associates and they are aware of myself coming. I walked into crest wood and seen the associate walk to the back and grab my replacement Xbox that had my name on it!!! Both Lorne and Jewell were professional and handled my situation! I felt like this was the best experience I had in a very long time maybe since I was a kid. I’m just happy that I didn’t have to wait weeks for a console and that GameStop kept up their deal as far as the warranty concerns. Very good experience from you guys! Thank you!

This GameStop is super organized compared to the other ones I've been to. The guy working up front was super helpful and super nice. I'll definitely come by more often to this location 👍
