I wish I was told when I ordered 1/2/22 ETA: 12-18 weeks for delivery and not been told 8 to 10 weeks and have to reach out, I call week 10 and am told another 4 weeks hopefully. 1 piece of glass? It's big but so are the windows on those skyscrapers downtown and there's a ton of them just 2miles away. I just wish a better expectation was set and I could've anticipated the 4 month wait. And not be expecting it March 1st. 2022. Week 16 MAY 1st 2022- STILL NO INSTALL DATE. Week 18 Update: Got a email scheduling an installation and it comes with a reminder! Week 19: FINALLY I get installed on May19th 2022. It has been 6.5 weeks and I have no complaints about it. Hasn't been windy or rainy yet so 🤷. And I don't want to test its strength vs. A baseball or hammer! Had Window Worls communicated more professionally and recalibrate my expectations through the delays or offered a discount for the inconvenience they could've salvaged all 5 stars. Ah well, but I hope my experience helps both you (and them) improve quality and customer retention. This knowledge empowers you to make a better choice that not knowing what to expect and trusting that salesman at his word.

The sale man was not knowledgeable. He didn’t show us any samples of the windows we was getting. And surprise! When they came to install it, it was nothing like I wanted. And the funny part they keep insisting this is what I ordered. Even the technician didn’t know what level of shades my windows were.he stated they are not clear neither green, so what are they? They even don’t know what did I get. When I went to the office I saw the green shades which is nothing compared to what I have received.not professional and have no sense of customer service at all. Stubborn and they want to be right. A tip I would suggest to everyone want to use them: MAKE SURE THE SLAE MAN BRINGS SAMPLES BEFORE YOU DECIDE WHICH ONE YOU REALLY WANT.

Do not use Window World. We are over a year into “working with them,” and we are beyond disappointed in the experience. In no particular order, here is why I would highly recommend you go with ANY OTHER company: 1. The salesperson assured us that we would be able to match our current home aesthetic as we discussed how we liked that our current windows & sliders were simple. The salesperson never discussed with us the need to install trim around the new sliding doors. Instead, she picked the trim around the sliding door without consulting us. Very wide, ornate trim. The installers cut down our floorboards to install this tacky trim. When we called to speak to a manager, Eli, he had the salesperson call us back. She told us she did nothing wrong and offered no solution other than for us to go and buy our own molding. We had to go and buy our own trim and hire a contractor to fix the floorboards that were cut to fit her trim. We still have to pay for the trim she ordered, and no one has reimbursed us for the trim we went out and bought. 2. For the first three install attempts, only a few windows at a time were brought out. No screens were ordered with our windows. 3. When the third install team came out, one gentleman used clear caulking to install, and he said we could paint it. Guess what, you cannot. So, we have a sliding door installed with clear caulk, while the rest of the installed windows and doors have white. 4. When our big picture windows were installed, the moment the installers left, their workmanship disintegrated, and the casing came undone. Please see the attached picture. 5. When they installed one of the windows needing to be cutdown, they took a chunk of our stucco out. They promised to fix it. 6. And then they disappeared, even though we were missing a sliding door and windows. We called repeatedly, and with every single phone call, we had to go through EVERY SINGLE ISSUE. No exaggeration to state that we had to walk through it with every single phone call we placed. We were told multiple times they were sending out their “stucco guy” to fix our stucco. He never showed up. Ever. 7. Over 6 months passed, and a new install team came out. They installed the last sliding door, but they did not have a screen for it. They didn’t have our other screens also. They did fix our stucco, though. 8. For the shoddy workmanship on our big picture windows, one guy told us he needed different tools and materials to fix it correctly. Unfortunately, he did not tell his counterpart you simply applied MULTIPLE layers of caulking to 2 of the 4 windows. Shoddy workmanship over shoddy workmanship. They left the remaining to fix them “next time.” 9. We have called to speak to any manager, and we are always directed to Eli. We have left him messages. We have texted requesting him to call us. We have emailed requesting him to call us. NOTHING. 10. Today someone showed to finish the project. He just had the window screens (finally!). And in case you’re tracking, it’s been over a year since we signed the paperwork to get windows from this company. 11. Outstanding items as of today, May 17, 2022 – over a year into this nightmare: a. Missing 1 sliding door screen b. Need to fix the outlier clear caulking. c. Fix our picture windows where the casing is coming undone.

We contracted Window World for 3 sliding windows. Our sales person, Andrea, promised there would be a person out within 2 days to do the final measurement. After 2 weeks I called and she said she hadn't made arrangements for the final measurement and it would take 3 more weeks to have somebody out. I wanted to cancel the contract and she refused saying it had been over 3 days and it was too late. She told us we wouldn't have to pay for the Inspection Fee. Karyn Bryan, one of the owners said if the County didn't charge Window World the fee then I would not be charged. We were charged $175 for the inspection fee which they refused to deduct from the final bill. The County told me the inspection fee was waived and it was $0 dollars. I don't know how these people stay in business. I would never use Window World again because they are liars and don't care about the customer. I talked to the owner Karyn Bryan and she was no help at all.
