I didn’t say anything while I was in the salon because I’m not a confrontational person. But I specifically said I did NOT want layers and that I wanted a short blunt bob. He tells me that he wants to give me “long layers” and that it will still look how I want. I said ok and this is what I ended up with. My hair has choppy uneven layers and is the exact thing I didn’t want. And it can’t be fixed unless I just get a pixie cut now. I am so angry that he just disregarded everything I said I wanted. But he is also very chatty and I needed to leave like 15 minutes ago so I said I liked it and still tipped 40% but I hate it and he couldn’t have fixed it anyway.
