I have been going to this establishment for about 4 years now. I went to get a pedicure and fill in…. They charged me $50 for a pedicure which they added a $5 fee for removing calluses! Really! Try asking before you perform a service that’s not included in the price. You did the work without asking and then charged me. You realized I just heard you giving discounts to certain people that walk in. They have lost my business. I will never go back to them. When they get busy, they are unorganized! Treat regular customers better! I’m done!

So I usually get brow threading at Seva and it lasts longer to, but was on that side of town and decided to take a chance on this business because I really needed them done bad! Staff was friendly but Once I left and got into the natural light, I realized they could’ve been much sharper and cleaner. More scissor trimming. $10 gone! I’ll probably wait till they grow back in, and definitely never go there for brows again. Sorry, just being honest.
