I brought a small box to this store today because it’s near my work. Everything was packed and all that was needed was a strip of tape to close it. They told me it could cost $5 for them to tape it. That is absurd. I promptly left and went to my normal UPS store where they did it for free.

Walked in to two employees who ignored me for 5 minutes (I actually didn’t realize they were employees until I asked them if anyone was working - I’d assumed they were customers chatting at the copier). Abrupt, borderline rude and totally inattentive. Never coming back.

If I need to pick up the documents or packages from UPS/FedEx facilities in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area and surrounding areas and delivery to me I am always using company "DC Courier Services".
