No thanks.. I am disabled and looking for the best office chair but despite I can't drive miles to various store sales person told me they don't have the time to explain chairs to see if the trip is worth it so come in and I either like a chair or I don't. the chairs in reference start at 1500.00 This is one of the major reasons people dont buy through storefronts and order online. don't complain about not supporting local business.

This Place is Great! I work from home and am at my computer for 9-11 hours a day. I bought a used Steelcase Amia chair in excellent condition for less than half the cost of new. Going to have upholstery cleaned on it and that will make it in like new condition. I worked with Nicholas in their office. Spent about 90 minutes trying different chairs before buying last week and picked it up today. There is no warranty but given that I'm saving over 50% of new I'm O.K. with that. Great place to get quality commercial grade office chairs and furniture at big savings.

Nancy was very helpful when I visited yesterday, she showed me a good selection of chairs at decent prices and let me take my time trying them on my own. There was no pressure to make a purchase that day, if I find a chair in the color I like I’ll be returning.

They don’t allow exchanges. We bought a chair for our son and wanted to exchange it a few days later for a more expensive one. They wouldn’t allow it. Very disappointing.
