They say they are pet friendly...THEY ARE NOT. A kitten π in a cage is not welcomed. Wish they said that when we booked it 3 weeks prior. They only take dogs. Woof woof. Bring your Great Dane.

My partner, my dog and myself have been staying here for quite a while now. Several times we had been promised a reservation to be told our reservation was canceled and there were no other rooms so we had to try and figure something else out for 1-3 days. We have been extremely understanding despite how frustrating it is. I have explained that we donβt have any other option for a living situation right now even though we have the money to do so. However, this last time we were told several times by the manager there that we had a reservation for 1 week. As we have had reservations canceled prior, I called to make sure we still had the room. I was told that because of the pet hair, we can no longer stay there. Iβve tried to be understanding but this was baffling to me to do to your customers who have been reasonable and paid quite a bit of money to the hotel. This is all apparently coming from the owner of the hotel, and not the manager (who has complained that the owner only cares about money). While I understand that my dog is shedding quite a bit, we have tried to help by cleaning up everything in the room as much as possible. This plus the fact that we PAID for a pet fee. We paid to stay in the room, and the additional pet fee. So they can just charge you a pet fee but donβt want to have to clean up the bare minimum of what a pet in a room will leave behind? Our dog does not go to the bathroom inside nor is she destructive. This was extremely upsetting to me and has put a poor taste in my mouth. I will be telling other people of my experiences with the way this hotel is run.

Weighing my evaluation of my experience here is impractical. The staff are doing the best they can with what they have. They are overworked and greatly underpaid. And completely unappreciated by the owner and they haven't been given the tools, resources and freedom to make Stagecoach what it could be. Little rough around the edges but they make do, again no thanks to the owner - im giving 5 stars because despite the few issues I have had Cheryl and her staff have done awesome by me and not only have had good experience but also made a friend.

Front desk clerk is very nice. Stay here if you like taking cold showers, having lamps that spark from the outlet and tweakers screaming at night. Not worth $70 a night do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else
