We found this gem just a few years ago, it's my fave place to bring the fam for camping for sure! No cutting wood from the forest and if you bring it in pack it out 🙌

There are bathrooms, I think the camping is free, there's foresters and law enforcement I've seen on the roads but I've only used this area as a day use site so I don't know if they enforce anything other than keeping the peace.

Technically open weekends only, but nobody actually cares. During the week the gates are generally closed though.
Ya as far as I know.. however there is no phone service
