Called to check if they had some folding tables and they told me they had 3 tables , told them i would be on my way . arriving i asked for the tables the guy said they are way in the back and it was to hot for him , under staffed to do it. Drove 30 miles for them and they refused to help me. Bad crew.

We love going in here. There is some good prices on pet food and toys. They have almost every kind of pet food you can imagine at least as a person that lives in the country, or just lives in town. They have a different variety of dog and cat food. From high dollar pet food to affordable prices. They have various plants for the outdoors. For every season. They have a variety of planting soil, fertilizer, pestiside products, etc. Great place to check out. They also have an rewards program that you can sign up for.

I always feel bad driving past Tractor Supply and seeing the empty parking lot. I'm a person that thinks hard work should be rewarded. What I realized tonight is that the lack of customers is due to lack of hard work and pride in the service provided. I realized that my dogs were out of food so I decided to take a trip tonight so my beautiful fiance didn't have to load our 1 year old son into a cold car and haul him around along with a heavy bag of food in the middle of winter while I'm at work. I got to tractor supply well before closing time but apparently they decided they had worked long enough and locked up early. As I pulled into the parking lot I noticed a staff member duck behind a shelf trying to hide. I didn't know it was locked yet so I walked to the door for my 2 minute max trip into the store. I waited outside for almost 20 minutes while calling. They let me, a paying customer, sit outside until after closing time before, what I assume to be is the manager lied to my face about how they closed early due to training. I saw the employee hide, Sir. If you want to be sub par, be sub par. Don't lie. By the way. Molalla is a beautiful town with stores that offer all tractor supply has to offer and you're helping a family not a company that can't even properly train employees or teach them how to use a clock.
