This gym is convenient, welcoming, and friendly. They offer great prices compared to local gyms. I’ve been working out here for a few months now and I absolutely love it.

Started training here about 3 or 4 months ago. I work at the PHR Peakers Power Plant down the road as a millwright contractor, and needed somewhere to train for my upcoming physique competition on May 1st. I travel alot for work, and have been to dozens of gyms across the country the past few years. This location was very convenient for me, and it had everything I needed as far as free weights and cardio machines. I'm usually there very early in the morning to do my fasted cardio, around 4:30 am, so it being open 24 hrs with a key fob for members made it even more convenient for me. They keep the place clean and provide towels and spray bottles to wipe down the machines after use. This is mandatory at the moment there, due to covid precautions. Masks aren't mandatory but I've seen a few people wear them. It's a personal choice but the gym doesn't require it. After my 30-45 mins of fasted cardio I would hit my workout for about an hour, then head to work literally one minute down the road. And towards the end, the closer I got to my competition, I would go again after work for more cardio and training. Well I'm happy to say that my first competition ever landed me 4 first place finishes and overall novice champion πŸ†Won my open, novice and masters 35+. It was an amazing experience and I thank The Force Fitness for providing the convenience and the equipment to help me crush my goals πŸ’ͺ

I like most, have been to many gyms over the years. They all have great equipment, great and clean facilities, and The Force is no different in that respect... What does set this gym apart is the ownership and staff. These people 1) Live the lifestyle they promote! They compete themselves, and have regular professionals who compete as athletes pro and am. So there's room for the beginner as well as the seasoned pro. 2) They openly welcome and enthusiastically embrace anyone looking to make a difference in their life. 3) They actually have the education and experience to put you on a real, tailored program for YOU! 4) The culture here is one of education, respect for all, openness, and professionalism. This starts with the owner Cody Black and the entire staff is on board 100%. Want to change your life? Want to workout in a place you enjoy going to? Want to get an actual education on fitness and not platitudes or junk science? Get to The Force as fast as possible!

We currently do not have tanning beds at our facility although we do have 24hr access to free weights, cardio equipment and all types of pin loaded machines. Please feel free to stop by and check our place out. We would be happy to meet you 😊

What happens if I'm not a member can I not work out or is there a limit to the hour I'm there?

If you're not member you can still workout there, but you'll have to come during staffing hours (Mon-Fri 9am-9pm/ Sat 10-4/ Sun 12-4) and purchase a day-pass for $5. You'll be required to sign a waiver as well.

Is there a website? Looking for more pricing information.
