Bought a 3inch by 6 inch ribeye to feed one of my friends who thinks he is my son- he's going away to Aruba to work.
Grilled it- it was so tender and my pretend son loved it!
Best pork chops around. I don't
eat a lot of pork, but those things are two or two and a half inches thick, and I can make four shish kabobs out of two pork chops.
