Ha ha, that is a good question. There is luxury furniture in different styles. Most of it is designer driven. We only work with modern designer furniture. It typically sells new in luxury markets. That is why we sometimes refer to it as designer luxury furniture.

No, however we will make all of the arrangements with a trusted shipping partner and provide a quote for you to have your pieces safely transported to our Los Angeles warehouse.

Yes, We ship out of state on a regular basis. Lead times and prices vary based on location. Our shipping partner U-Ship will generate an estimated quote at check out. Feel free to give us a call between 10 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday if you have any questions.

Delivery costs are calculated based on location, size, weight and entry conditions. Our website will calculate estimated delivery price upon check out. In most cases the quote is accurate however depending on certain conditions a price adjustment may apply. We do our best to find quality, vetted delivery services to make your experience as good as possible. Warehouse pick up is also an option.

You have 48 hours after receiving your delivery to initiate a return. If approved, you will be responsible for the cost of insured delivery back to our warehouse. Once we have received the item in presale condition, your payment will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Warehouse pick ups are final sale at pick up.

Modern Resale inventory is ready to ship from our Los Angeles warehouse within one week. Lead times depend on your delivery address. Local deliveries often occur within a few days. Most items a little further afar are delivered within 1 to 5 weeks. We always work to find a quality delivery service with the best lead time.

Our warehouse is open by appointment M-F from 10 - 5. Not all pieces on Modern Resales’ website are available for immediate viewing. If there is something in particular you would like to see, please contact us so that we can make arrangements for a scheduled viewing.
