We initially went in there “just to look” for a new sleeper couch but with Rhea’s help (and reasonable price) we made the decision to place the order that day. Thank you!

Maria was such a pleasure to shop with! We went in to look at a massage chair and ended up purchasing additional pieces we needed to furnish our new place and even things we weren’t looking for! We had a toddler with us and Maria made him feel like he was part of the shopping experience and decision making! Never did she make it feel like we were being pressured by a salesperson, instead we were so comfortable as if we had our friend giving us advice and easing the process! Would like to leave a review because I never do. However I have brought furniture before at Bob's as a gift to my sister's. I brought it on line site unseen. The dining room set was more perfect than expected. They love it and it looks wonderful in their new home. This purchase was in NY. Now I wish to give a review for this particular store in LA. Michael is someone that I would ask for again and recommend that if you want to have a great experience with service, knowledge, and very importantly patient. Furniture is one of those things that can cause lots of stress especially in today's market with price and delivery. You will not be disappointed. Please know I never ever gives reviews good, bad, or indifferent however liked I mentioned above Michael was TERRIFIC.

Manny has been such a fantastic help for my parents and I. He’s very patient and knows exactly what he’s doing when it comes to explaining the delivery process and goes in depth with the material of the couches and whatnot. My parents feel very comfortable with Manny when it comes to the prices and process of everything and he makes sure we get the greatest deals possible. Even though my parents first language isn’t English , my parents try to communicate well with Manny because they trust him and look for Manny every time they come to Bob’s furniture and Manny goes out of his way to make sure he accomplishes my parents ideal living room and goes out of his way to understand my parents and vice versa. He’s very friendly and has great customer service skills. Definitely a person i recommend to look for, especially for first time buyers! (:
