Beautiful, well made sofa! Richard was so friendly and helpful, and their delivery guys were punctual and hilarious! This was our first time ever buying a brand new sofa (always had hand-me-downs before) and we couldn't be happier with the quality and price! Thank you!

If you are going to shop/buy at this store, PLEASE make a lot of questions. They didn't inform us about certain things until the last minute. For example, they never told us that they only give 10 days to report a problem with the furniture. The quality of said furniture isn't the best so always make sure beforehand. We made that mistake. Also, on top of the price they're charging... They charge an additional fee, they didn't let us know until we were at the window. The customer service is not the best, they act like I'm wasting their time when I'm helping their commission. Some things are a good buy I won't deny that, but take caution and make sure they tell you everything at the start. Also the delivery fee and assembling fee are expensive, just FYI.

This company has very bad customer service. First off I couldn't use my bank card at the store even after I contacted my bank(even though it wasn't a bank error)...so.I had to go get cash...ugh. I purchased over a $1000.00 worth of merchandise and I specifically asked if it all came assemble. I was told yes...got my items the next day and no assembling. Call store and they gave me billshit answers on how they can't send no one to assemble if they are not dropping off a deliever. Nothing could be done and to refund they charge a restock fee. I even agree to pay the fee to have them come out the next day but I was inform I have to wait until the 3rd day. I will never purchase anything from this store again. So quick to sale you something and half as do it the rest after you paid. Wasted my time and money. The company slogan is a lie...I'M A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

They are liars. They took the order for a whole bedroom set. Took the check. They said first they deliver in 24hours then they changed for a week . it was three weeks ago. No they keep saying they didn't even ordered anything because they couldn't find the money. After we proved the money was paid they said it takes three more weeks to deliver. That was last week. Now they don't find me in the computer they don't answer the phone they don't call me back. They just tomok all the money for nothing. I wanted to read them to zero but of course they won't let you do that.
