I am so happy! My new sofa and swivel chair are so comfortable and beautiful in my living room. It’s exactly what I imagined it to be. Lucero Salomon, “Lu” really helped my image come to life. When I walked into Interior Define, she asked what I was looking for, I didn’t quite know exactly what I was looking for. She asked me a few questions about my interest and dislikes, and in less than an hour she put together an image of my new living room. She was very patient and has a great eye for design. The custom design was perfect! The delivery was sooner than I was told, and it was easy. Thank you Lu, and Interior Define!

I love their products but they are backordered for 6 months and they insist on 100% deposit. Their phone number is to a central office and not directly to the stores so you can't reach any salesperson directly. My client refused to pay 100% for an item they won't see for months. They say quick ship but only 1 or 2 items are quick ship.

Unfortunately, I ordered my citrine velvet Maxwell sectional during our remodel. The sofa was stored in its original box for 9 additional months after arrival, so I never opened it to inspect it. I'm really disappointed in the sagging, underfilled cushions (especially on the chaise section). It looks like a 5 year old worn out sofa. The 3 additional pillows are also less than adequate. Not at all as illustrated on the website!

Order modifications requested after 30 days will need to be cancelled incurring a 50% cancellation fee. We immediately begin processing your piece(s) upon receiving the order, and any changes during the fulfillment process result in lost time and materials. Yes, our design consultation is completely free and our design specialists can recommend fabrics, help visualize pieces in your home, and even present solutions beyond what you’ll see online.
Yes, the first 10 swatches are free. We offer swatches of all of our fabric and leather options. Order swatches online and select the swatches you would like to receive. We will mail them to you free of charge, typically within 2–3 business days. Currently, because of shipping delays related to COVID-19 vaccine distribution efforts and the holidays, your swatches will arrive in 2–7 business days.
