Very spacious, clean and fun place to shop for home furniture. Staffs are friendly and attentive and purchases are fairly easy. Prices are reasonable and warranty actually works here. Would give give 4.5 if possible because it took 6 months for them to make and deliver my last couch. Granted, it was during pandemic but that is still long time to wait for one couch that you already pay in advance.

Living Spaces has always been a great place to buy furniture and get ideas. Six years ago, I bought my mattress, bed frame, chest and they are still in good shape! Recently, I bought a couch and accent chair and had a quick and easy experience for shipping. Even when I had to make a change before final shipping, it was easy to make changes. Although my final estimated shipping date was miscalculated and I wasn’t updated, but otherwise good experience.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Living spaces. Jerry, one of the store managers provided me the best customer service. Helped me choose the best furniture for my new apartment and had everything delivered on time. The quality of the furniture was exceptional as well. Thank you Jerry for making this process smooth for me. I would recommend living spaces to everyone out there. 10/10 customer service.

Unfortunately my experience with Living Spaces Customer Service is being beyond awful. After 2 weeks delay they finally delivered the furniture I had paid for more than a month ago. But they delivered the wrong piece of furniture. Now their answer is that I have to wait another 3 weeks to receive the right piece of furniture. No pick up date for the wrong piece either so my 2 year old kid is paying around an enormous pice of dirty plastic and cardboard. And of course no expedite process or compensation was offered. You feel powerless and in the dark the whole process and I still don’t know if or when I will receive the right piece of the sofa.

Yes, we take away old mattresses at no extra charge. (We do not remove bed frames) When you complete your purchase online, there is a section for "Special Delivery Instructions" on the shipping address page. Just let us know you'd like to have your mattress removed in that section. Please note, stained or soiled mattresses are not eligible.
Unfortunately, no. None of our bed frames come with the mattress, this includes our trundle beds. Mattresses are sold separately. If you are interested in purchasing a mattress and foundation, please visit our Revive Center.

Yes, when our delivery personnel arrive they will deliver items into your home and assemble everything for you. However, they do not touch existing furniture and are unable to assist in the moving around of furniture already in an individual’s home.
Living Spaces Furniture (LSF) accepts returns within seven (7) days of your receipt of an item, excluding bedding products. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee on all regular stock furniture returns. Returns on Special Order items are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect only. Special Order returns due to customer preference, no-fits or any other reason are not accepted. LSF does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products. LSF does not charge a restock fee on accessories such as area rugs, lamps, wall art, silk trees, florals, and table and ledge accessories. LSF reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. 1. Please contact our Guest Services team to initiate a return at 877-266-7300. 2. You will be given an RMA number which is necessary to process a return. 3. You can return the item to a Living Spaces location or you can ship the item back to Living Spaces at your expense. 4. Assembly is free if you choose our delivery option. Please note when choosing our pickup option, you will need to assemble your items at home, if assembly is required.
Delivery does not include removal of old furniture. The only exception is removal of old mattresses. We will remove your old mattress or foundation with the purchase of a new mattress or foundation if you notify us at the time of purchase in-store or at checkout online.
Unfortunately, that isn't currently an option. The only items that are eligible for removal are mattresses and foundations. These items can be removed with the purchase of a mattress or foundation.
Store pick up hours are between 12pm-9pm, Monday - Sunday.
If an item is in stock and you wish to purchase today at a store location or online you will need to do a pick up on the following day. We do not sell our display pieces from our showrooms. It takes at least one (1) day for us to process and transfer items to each store. You can, however, select same day pick up at our distribution centers located in Rialto, Phoenix, and Fremont if the items are in stock.

All store locations will feature a showroom. For purchases made, we offer both delivery and free store pick-up options.
