We searched for our new sofa a year ago. We had a specific idea about what we wanted and getting a customized sofa seemed far fetched, but we explored it anyway. We wandered into The Joneses LA and met Carrie. She helped us figure out that we could have exactly what we wanted and two weeks later we received our beautiful sofa. Great customer service and great sofa. One year later we needed a repair on the sofa and we received some of the best customer service we've ever gotten. Both Carrie and Noa were beyond awesome in getting us taken care of.

We stopped in one day to look for a new couch and met Josh, who walked around the store explaining all the couches we were interested in. We picked one out but wanted to shop around to be sure it was the one. We went back and forth, stopped in several times, and asked tons of questions. Josh was always extremely helpful and patient as well as really knowledgeable about the couches and fabrics. We had a minor miscommunication about something and they were quick to correct it and take care of us without any issues. They genuinely care about their customers happiness with the product they make. Our couch is beautiful. We looked at so many places and none of them were close to the product here. That along with the customer service made our experience here absolutely wonderful. Everyone we met while making our decision was helpful, patient and engaging. We are officially customers for life. If I need another couch I won't be going anywhere else. Oh, and the turn around time from when the couch was ordered is 2 weeks or so, unlike the 8-10 weeks we were hearing at other places 😱.

Bought a fully custom made leather couch. It's comphy, beautiful and will last for a few decades. The staff was helpful in designing the piece and getting the right fill. Delivery was professional and efficient.
