This morning I had a dental emergency. My broken molar had absessed. IIwas first in line. AfterAA quick painless shot dentest took about 3 minutes to pull the tooth out. My priority partner card covered it all. I left with a big happy smile. Don't wait suffering. Doors open at 7:30 am.

My entire family has been going here for over 15 years. Dr. Karnes is the best Doctor around! Very thorough and explains everything to you. The nurses there are awesome too!! I have used the dentistry side too. It was an emergency visit and I was in a lot of pain. They took care of me as soon as they could in between regularly scheduled appointments. Everyone was very nice and the extraction was painless!!! Great place to go to!!

I haven't even been seen yet but the customer service is already lacking. The receptionist has been rude, not only to me but everyone she has interacted with while I've been here. She spoke way to fast for me to understand what she was saying. Plus her and the other woman continue to talk poorly about customers loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear. I just hope the the rest of my visit isn't as bad.
