We are very pleased with how they transformed our basement, which was more storage than livable space, into an in-law suite and managed to provide an area for the kids to play and a way to more efficiently store our seasonal items. They didn't go over budget, which was a concern for us. This is beyond what we imagined when we began the process. They handled everything from designing, building, and even getting permits. We had a single contact, John, the entire way through who kept us apprised of the progress. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is looking to improve their home.

We came to Airoom knowing we needed help with our kitchen. It wasn't functional, not a lot of storage, counter space was limited, and it got crowded during meal times. We had some ideas of what we were looking for and thought could be done. They came back with 3D designs that included what we asked for and a few things we didn't know could be done - like a mud room and a breakfast nook. We would use them again.

They told me because my addition is "small" (we`re talking about $60,000 addition) they can only do it if I pay them their minimum of $110,000.00 Will never call them next year when I`m building entire 1800 sq. ft. second story above my garage.
