This is the armpit of Navy medicine which is already the lowest of the low. The laziest people work here especially the HM’s at the desk in the Readiness clinic. They will watch you in the waiting room dying and in pain and just continue socializing with each other while ignoring you. If you can avoid this base and go to Kingsbay then do so cause Mayport medical literally has no purpose and take no pride in having such an important job.

Wait time is ridiculous and always has been. The pharmacy is limited in meds. Every time I come here I expect awful service along with confusing information. My wait time was an hour and I was seen for 5 minutes by a new doctor. 0/10 do not recommend.

It’s really sad I feel like this clinic just does not care. I had two appointments “virtually” and both times no doctor called for my results I have a thyroid tumor and a hernia in my esophagus and I’m awaiting surgery but I can’t get that done until these follow ups neither doctor has called back if you call the front desk nobody answers I don’t understand why It’s really disappointing and honestly disrespectful people wait around for these appointments expecting them to actually call and they never do if you have a child god forbid you call the pediatrics to make an appointment when you walk in the ladies literally sitting there just staring at you won’t even say hi how may I help you or anything now I’ve been trying to make an appointment because I finally figured out the rest of my health issues and I can’t even be seen for another 3 1/2 months online and if you called appointment line to see if there’s anything sooner for several hours not one person picks up the phone this place needs to be investigated and I’m not even kidding this place is pathetic

I am a veteran and I have been visiting this clinic for over 10 years. All of my visits have been very excellent. The Doctors, Nurse, and all of the Staff has always been courteous, polite, and very professional.
