Have called may times through out the past few weeks. They do not answer the phone. The phone just rings. 90 min phone call just for them not to answer. I go through the drive thru only for them to tell me I need to call. How can I call if you don’t pick up the phone. They tell me I need to go inside. I go inside it take them a hour and half to call me up to fill my prescription. They then proceeded to not call me up. I can’t spend my whole day here so I leave and hopefully when I come back a few days later when I have time my prescription will be filled.

Trying to reach you. Mailbox full. No way to leave a message. Repeated calling yields NO ANSWER. This is ridiculous for a military facility. C'mon people, get with the program. This might not be important to you, but to those of us who have questions or need to ask about a medicine, it's very important. You need to fix this.

Google sent me a notification. I do no work here, but I do visit frequently. If your doctor sent your script here, or if you bring them a slip, you can wait in pharmacy or ask them when is a good time to come back. If it is a refill and you call it in, you can pick it up via drive through. For a first fill though you have to go inside and you can just ask when it will be available. I usually don't wait more than an hour and that's if it's really busy.
