I just had the most unprofessional experience with this company. I am appalled at the customer service and even had to ask them not to be mean over the phone and that I just had a couple questions for a client of mine. I requested maintenance information on a property due to possible water damage. I asked if carpets would be cleaned, any painting to be done and if past water damage had been done. Apparently they do not keep maintenance information and will not tell you if it will be cleaned before you pay the application fee. As someone who advocates and seeks housing for several clients, I will never do business with this company. Anyone seeking housing should seek a company that has more experience and that is actually educated in what they are doing. I would recommend Northwoods Property Management. I can tell this place will not do business by the law or treat their tenants with any amount of respect. Completely disappointed in what I just encountered. Ashely was unbelievably rude and I was not even aloud to speak with a manager. This woman should be fired. Worst experience with all property management that I have encountered in this valley.

I've lived here for 4 years and pacific rental just took over this last year the apartment I was given was old a few outlets needed to be replaced and I'm on the first floor I have people that live above and they have a patio above my back yard there patio is very old and needs some attention the beam that runs from pillar to pillar is warped and rotting I'm afraid it may come down soon I've only talked to a couple people from the office most have Ben nice but one was preaty rude I had 2 questions she let me ask the first she was pretty polite but after the first question was awnserd she tried rushing me off the phone and once I asked my second question wich was about me being two days late on my rent and I received a notice stating I needed to pay with in 10 days or I would be evicted now I understand there all about getting there money but before they took over the manager before them Karen was extremely nice and helpful I have Ben late with rent before but never more then 3 days and I would call and talk to her explained my situation why I was late and when I would have the money not once did she threaten to evict us and never marked us late on a rent and I saw a comment about the pool being closed due to vandalism that is true it was some teens from the Ellendale apartment complex that would come over to our pool while it was closed for remodel they broke a few things and our pool was closed longer when I called and spoke to pacific rentals they stated that they could do nothing it was up to us as a community to take care of our pool so I myself feel as tho this property management company really could not care any less for the people they house they are all about getting as much money as they can for properties that are not so worth it.
