If I could give zero stars I would these people are absolutely horrible can never tell you what you need to do or help you out takes days just to get in contact with them I call and am waiting to talk to a real person for over an hour just for it to hang up day after day went in person to get something done brought the documents I was told and then they tell me that it’s not the documents I need the lady I spoke to was absolutely rude and horrendous god bless you if you need help from these people because it should be an interesting experience

From the rude, condescending security guard to the one staff I spoke with? Utter garbage. If I need any services from social security administration, I'd happily walk 10 miles barefoot in the snow to get help at another SSA office. Truly horrendous experience.

Because of coronavirus the office is not open but you can visit the website www.ssa.gov you can also call you may get in touch with someone who can help you

(4) If there is a backlog for replacement cards, the waiting time may take from 4 to 6 weeks. (5) If a card is needed quickly for employment or a legal matter, the SSA will provide a letter stating the replacement application has been filed and the letter can be used until the replacement card is received. Any form of Identification like drivers license passport or state issued I.D.... you can also do it online in some states
