Today I had an appointment with Cannacare at the new office in Fall River. Not knowing my way around the area I ended up getting lost and called the office panicking as I didn't know where I was and it was now 10 minutes past my appointment time. I spoke to the receptionist Jenny, who was one of the most caring, understanding, and empathetic staff members I have met. I was humiliated about being late about my appointment, and she made me feel better and offered water. She went above and beyond to make my stressful experience into a comfortable one. She has great customer service and I can't thank Jenny and the Dr for still seeing me. I've been renewing my medical card with them for 6 years, and I will absolutely continue to see them for their superior above and beyond customer service. Big thank you to Jenny, she is fantastic!

The fee to see the doctor is $200 and the state charges a $50 fee for the medical card itself (the state card fee can be waived if you receive Masshealth, food stamps, SSI or if your under a certain income for your family size. Hope this helps!!!
Sometimes. They have appointments that they take but if they can they will get you in too. I walked in and was out within an hour.
All of your information is protected by HIPPA laws so Canna Care can not and will not release the information to your primary care provider as it is a HIPPA violation to do so. Bring your medical records and on the paperwork CCD provides, the primary care Dr info section is optional exactly for this reason. **My post does not reflect the opinion of CCD and is my personal opinion/advice. Yes you can .And to get your card you need to finish the online process first then it takes the state 2 to 4 weeks before you get your card in Massachusetts
Canna care docs is not a dispensary. They provide the services to connect patients with providers which in turn the state issues a medical card. There is a dispensary Northeast Alternatives that is 7 minutes away from CCD Fall River that just opened up for recreational use as of 12 noon today 1.20.19. Hope this helps!
They are open but generally for appointments only but no-shows do happen and they do try to take as many walk ins they can, I hope this helps.... Mondays from 10-4 Tuesdays from 9-3 Thursdays from 9-3 Fridays from 10-4

Yes. No one is notified that you have obtained your MMJ card but if you are drug tested while driving for a company it will not protect you. Lots of companies have it written in their contracts that consuming alcohol and/or cannabis while employed will result in termination. I would suggest taking a look at what you signed before proceeding. If you are a vet they are doing FREE certifications this Saturday June 23rd at their office!! Call for more help. I spoke with someone named Steph and she was very helpful.
Absolutely....they will be moving to Hartwell St soon...but they are open for appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-3
To puchace Cannabis in a dispensary yes, there are no recreational shops open to the public yet.
