Im writing this on my sisters email as the one i keep trying to send in for some reason has been removed. I called Park edge to see if there were any available units for May, which there was. I received a call back asking if I was able to come tour a unit. I drove 20 mins there from work and toured the unit as well as leasing office to see their amenities. I was given a code to apply which when I tried, no more than 30 minutes after the tour it was giving me an error message. I called and Spoke with Quin (if that’s how you spell it) which she told me it was leased out as I toured it…. She then told me another one was available, same layout but quickly recanted and said that was just leased out as well and tried offering me a non renovated unit. It was honestly a waste of time. There should be more communication between staff as there were only two in the office when I visited. Luckily I found a home, which is definitely an upgrade but next time consult amongst your staff before wasting peoples time. I could’ve been doing something else that day.

Our apartment flooded not once, not twice, but THREE times in the past year (none of which were our fault... from a broken washer in the apartment above us to a sprinkler pipe bursting). You read that right... THREE times. They RARELY answer their phones. So, there really isn’t a point in paying attention to office hours. They act like they do not care that these are people’s homes and don’t care to make things right. If you don’t care, do not own an apartment complex!! We would have broken our lease after flood #2 except in the middle of the pandemic there wasn’t a safe way. 5 years ago I would have recommended this place without hesitation. Now, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Take your business elsewhere. ***UPDATED TO ADD: They made us pay rent for the month and a half when we were unable to stay in our apartment (with all of the work that had to be done to renovate our apartment) AND made us pay to break our lease!

Great experience. Staff is friendly, and always looking for ways to go above and beyond. I especially enjoy the "Bingo" games, and free food occasionally. They don't have to do any of that.
