I have Requested for my washing machine to be fixed for Very close to A Month without Any Success I Guess this is how they treat people who are Disabled. So Sad!!

Place is nice, neighborhood is unsafe. Someone broke into my car last night. People knocking on the door twisting the door knob in the middle of the night, and hearing about break-ins all the time from other neighbors leaves a person feeling very unsettled. I have a 4 month old child and I do not feel safe with all this going on.

The inside looks modern and well done; however, my cabinets over the sink fell down the first week of living here. Due to the turn over in maintenance staff the cabinets were not put back until 4 days later. I was not compensated for my dishes and the office staff were extremely rude. The management was not helpful and told me my dishes were too heavy and blamed me for the cabinets falling down. The office staff lack customer service skills and are unable to assist in a kind manner. Not everything that looks nice is nice!

As others have stated, the leasing office leaves a lot to be desired. Terrible communication, in all forms, rather verbal or through email, and an overall lack of decorum. I'm also not quick to accuse anyone of discriminatory acts, However, I watched them treat someone else with the kind of respect I had given them, but was not afforded said opportunity. Wouldn't recommend this place.
