I lived there for a few years, the apartment was ok, teeny tiny kitchen and rooms. The area is alright, but it’s the people they rent to that’s the problem. The neighbors next to us would abuse their child and would have people running up and down the stairs at all hours. Had to call the cops and CPS more times than I ever had in my life. I wasn’t on the lease but had my bf at the time raise the concerns, of course nothing was done because they were getting money from these people. Moved to Pelican Watch right up the street for nearly the same rent as BV was charging, you get SO much more for your money, the apartments are huge and the neighborhood is super quiet and always clean. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
