Two years at this apartment: Pros: 1) Good value for the floor plans Cons: 1) Maintenance: Have any emergency maintenance issues? Good luck getting ahold of them. Had three emergency maintenance problems and it took 24-120 hours to correct them. 2) Customer Service: Don’t trust the phone numbers they provide. All of them go straight to a voice bot. 3) Front Office: Never answer their phones. You’ll have to go in person. Even then, there’s no guarantee they’ll do anything to address your concerns. *UPDATE* Now going on 72 hours without A/C. None of their phone numbers connects you to maintenance. Of all the places I’ve lived in the last 14 years of Active Duty, this has been the worst experience. No major quarrels against them, but I won’t be renting from these properties ever again.

it is a good place to live, peacefull and quiet, the apt is spacious enough for my needs, no more noise people , my apt is not renovated but I like it,is confortable for me, there are some detailes I don't like at all, but it has been my roof for 1 year,

I have thought long and hard about whether or not to post this. Straight to the point, the management is terrible. They do not communicate with residents and instead just ignore them and do not let them know that something has come up so what was promised before will not be happening. Also, extremely disorganized. I have assistance animals that I made sure to provide documentation for and even offered to have my medical provider call and talk to them about. Next thing you know, the manager is leaving rude messages on my phone saying I haven’t paid pet rent and my apartment won’t be serviced until my animals are gone and that my animals are “aggressive”. As a disabled person, I was distraught about the idea of the animals that allow me to function being threatened. My animals had also interacted with plenty of neighbors and their pets who can negate that claim. I called the office to try to figure out what the issue was, the manager Khemeka, refused to acknowledge my paperwork, laughed when I said I had the right to sue for being discriminated against for my disability and also lied saying my animals were aggressive (I had cameras in the apartment and also confirmed with the maintenance staff that all he said was that my dog, who was crates by the way, was barking and he preferred to wait until I was home to complete any maintenance). She then hung up on me. At this point, I forwarded the email of the office CONFIRMING my disability paperwork and suddenly she changed her tune and becomes “apologetic”. I was thankfully able to get out of the lease as I no longer felt safe or welcomed in the home I was originally excited to rent. It’s disappointing that the management automatically assumes people with disabilities are lying and goes on to treat them terribly without even thinking to talk to the rest of the staff to see if they had information about it prior to being discriminatory. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want to be treated with dignity and respect, especially if you are disabled. It has been about a year since this transpired but it still leaves a horrible memory for me and causes distress even just remembering how I was treated. I’m grateful to have found a rental where the management is understanding of my disabilities and actually treats me with respect. You owe it to yourself to do the same.

Since new management has taken over, this place is very nice and any issues I may have had get taken care of ASAP. The staff and Maintenance team are very nice people. Not only that but, they also have been remodeling and they new color …It sounds like you're loving your living experience at our community, Taylor, and we're thrilled to hear it! It's great to know that our spacious homes and community amenities have been such a good fit, and we're honored that you see such value in the living experience we offer.
