From the beginning when I filled out the application they made me feel so comfortable. I have been here for 3 years now and I love it here. It's quite except the base noise(but that's the sound of freedom). I truly do enjoy it here. And the office staff and maintenance crew are very prompt to responding to your needs.

The maintenance team at Ocean Gate Aparments is 💯% Superb. Fast response to my request, super efficient, super friendly and respectful, handled everything with care. They go beyond then just doing their job. Thank you Mr. William for fixing the kitchen light!!!!!

I've been living here for a few years and never have I had a complaint. Whenever I put in a work order, it's handled in a timely manner. The women in the rental office always help me when there is any type of issue whether it be a maintenance issue or something as simple as a general question. I love living here!

Yes they do take section 8 and also a lot of kids are in the area and the school bus stops are located very close to the apartments which is great.
