I lived at Runaway Bay for 3 years. Lawrence is my favorite - always got any maintenance requests done quickly & was consistently checking on me. The ladies in the office are always kind & worked with me upon my move out with any fees I owed them from the inspection. They also always knew my name and apartment number without me telling them! A truly personal experience. I would’ve stuck around even longer if the rent hadn’t increased - I miss living there! Definitely recommend.

Absolutely AMAZING experience here getting an apartment. Terrance was such a huge help throughout the entire process and made it as easy as possible for me. He also answered all the questions I had along the way. The office here is super efficient and quick in all of their processes and helped make moving that much easier. The actual apartment community is so beautiful and taken care of, gives you such a nice sense of belonging in the community. The location is also great because it’s so close to everything in town center, but also a quick drive down the street from the highway. Highly recommend checking out Runaway Bay and consider making them your new home.

As a Vendor, I've done business with Runaway Bay for the past 2 years. They've always made me feel like I was apart of the family. Jessica, Zoey, and Sarah are 3 of the most amazing individuals I've even had the pleasure of doing business with. They are warm, welcoming, inviting, and very professional. I would give 6 stars because 5 is not enough for the hospitality I have receive here. And most importantly they give me free snacks!! Thank you guys!!

It’s always nice to walk in somewhere that smells good and people actually say hello! I was greeted by 4 friendly smiles all the same time. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I went in expecting crazy pricing but everyone in the area is the same price. I reviewed a few units all were clean and ready to go. They offer Cox and Verizon which is a bonus. I have been here a few months and nothing has changed, still friendly smiles and always willing to help.
