If you can please stay away from here ! This place has been nothing but trouble I’ve been living in a bad unit since the get I’ve called over and over because my toilet and bathtub gets clogged and today is the second time it caused it to flood my unit ! The outlet in my room caught on fire and they accused me of having the dryer plugged into the wrong outlet! I’ve been living in a unit with bedbugs for the past couple of months ! And they still haven’t helped me ! They just sent someone out here for bugs! Today the neighbor told me they had bedbugs for months !!! If they don’t get rid of it as well it will just be a problem that keeps going it’s sickening!

I am a current resident When we first decided to move last year, we started researching. Patriot Pointe seemed to have some really bad reviews from a while back. So, we decided to check it out for ourselves. The grounds was kept well and the office was pleasant. The model looked really nice and the price was seriously fair. So we gave it a try and we are so happy we did! I don't know what used to occur within this property but as of current (2021), the grounds are kept well. It is clean. It is quiet. Security is present at night and you have the option to have a security alarm activated in your unit. I think the area used to have some crime issues but as far as we have observed for the past y months, management has stepped up and dealt with the issue. There are some less attractive complexes surrounding our community but I really feel fairly safe in our bubble. I have not seen a roach the whole time I have been here. And the one time we thought we might be experiencing a spider issue recently, they didn't play around and had an exterminator out within two days time. Matter of fact, ANY time we have an issue (which have been typically very minor things) they are super quick to act in the office. They are also incredibly prompt to get back to your emails etc. As for the reviews I saw complaining about noise and thin walls: welcome to apartment living! It happens. We can hear our neighbors upstairs every step but that's how it goes. And the beauty of these units is that you aren't surrounded on all sides by people so you do get some privacy and quiet. Also things like noise seriously are luck of the draw depending on your neighbors. Over all, our unit is peaceful. We here a lot of thumping and sometimes mumbling but honestly it's pretty quiet. I don't hear people's arguments or other intimate things... I never leave reviews but I really wanted to help this place out because I know people love to complain and will seldom leave a review to praise. Whatever Patriot Pointe is currently doing has turned the property for the good. I have recommended several people to consider living here since move in. We are happy here and if we ever were not happy, I guarentee if our issue were within reasonable request, the office would assist us.

Unfortunately they do absolutely nothing about the few tenets that are disrespectful with noise. All hours of the night blaring music so loud, with the base so high it shakes our entire apartment. Even after several requests and complaints, they say they can’t do anything about it, and it’s up to us to contact law enforcement if desired. I think that’s absolutely absurd you can’t enforce better policies. Had a great first year and for the most part the neighborhood is friendly and the staff is pleasant, but it’s very disappointing that nothings been done about a continuing problem.
