Need to move with a sense of urgency due to having to vacate my current apartment due to renovations , I call this place 7 times and no answer , just as the previous reviews stated . Definitely not a great first impression .

I was interested in living here, but was worried about some of the reviews I saw about the unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Unfortunately, the reviews were very accurate. I had a tour scheduled, and I drove an hour to be there for it. The sign said to call their office and someone would greet me. I called probably about 7 times and no one answered, so I left a message. Later they called back and said I could come to look at the apartment, so I told them I was on my way. When I got there, I called again and expected to be greeted this time like the sign outside said. It took another 4 calls just for someone to pick up the phone. Then they proceeded to quickly tell me the directions to the apartment I was going to tour. I walked there alone, and was very frustrated they didn’t even come out to greet me or at least walk me to the apartment. The one positive thing I can say is that they didn’t lie or trick me into thinking that it was going to be a great place to live with helpful and friendly staff. Thanks for being unhelpful and unresponsive right off the bat; it saved me from what could’ve been a bad year.

OMG!!! This is where you want to be!! Staff is great and very friendly! My dog loves it here and it is a great location for shopping and dinning! YES! YES! YES! The walls are VERY thin, you can and will hear everything! If you have neighbors who have kids above you, it will drive you crazy.
Hi Jessica, there is a program offering reduced rent for qualified households. It is limited to just a few apartments. Call the office and ask for the Bond Program.
Yes, residents are responsible for all utilities at Pillars at Great Bridge. You pay only for your metered usage every month NOT allocated by total community usage like some apts charge.
