Big Tnx to Cesar and mngr Henry for going above and beyond. A lady came in stating I gave her permission to pick up my package, showed a fake ID with my information and claimed I was out of town. Luckily these gentleman took their time to called me to verify if this information was accurate, which was not. I was able to pick up my package then I filed a police report. Thank you again for being professional and stopping this thief.

I am beyond frustrated!! Reading the reviews only make me more angry. I stayed home waiting for my delivery which was late!!! They attempt on delivery and left with my package!! No call, no note. I call 5 minutes after their so call attempt, beg for the driver to come back. They never came back. This has happened multiple of times. I am so disappointed and annoyed.

The place is well worth going to look for staff. Fedex drivers work very badly to the point that when they send me packages here I get upset. Waiting for a package they never came and tried to deliver it and left it for the other day without leaving paper and it proves that if they came I called I made the report to the customer service and the same thing does not work they did not bring me or call me back as they said the truth lousy service compared to other shipping companies

It is 9:50am and doors are not open! As courtesy they should leave a signs atleast saying they will open late or something.
