The sink and shower were both awful. The toilet made very loud clanks whenever you sat on it or moved an inch. Horrible water pressure, women at the front desk were cold bordering on rude. Our second night the room next to us was very loud. I called guest services and they said they would handle it. The partiers were loud until 2am. When I asked the next morning they said I would have had to call several times because the first one is only a warning. They should have told me that on the phone. If they say they are handling it why on earth would I push the issue. They said something was being done. When I complained (politely) woman at the front desk was very rude and dismissive and accused me of getting loud which was definitely not true. The bar was pretty nice though.

I have stayed in all kinds of hotels, motels and air b&b's from very nice to bad. This place seemed to be an older facility that has had some face lifts over the years but is showing some age. There was an odd smell throughout and the bottom of the doors showed swelling from water damage. My kids always want to go to pools but when we went down there was noone at it and several frogs swimming around so I told the kids maybe tomorrow's hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept very clean. You can tell they’ve updated it however more common area items like doors elevators and the pool area look quite date and some are in need of repairs. I would stay here again overall a great experience.

Positive: This hotel was very clean and bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable and inviting. Heating and A/C worked well. Nice, large TV to watch. Negative: It seemed there were little "fixes" needed. Wallpaper was coming unglued and detached in many places. There were stains in tub. Power strips/extension cords being used. Floor lamp leaning and in poor condition. For the money spent, I expected much more.
