0 stars. ****ZERO STARS*** 0 - Stars Do not stay here unless you wish to have items stolen. Left a valuable clothing item behind after check out, later realized, called the hotel to have it returned and staff claimed it was “unrecoverable.” It wasn’t lost at sea. It was left in the room. Staff was rude and though promised to return my call, never did. To add, the carpeting was oddly sticky, kitchen cabinets also sticky and dirty, and the bathroom has multiple stains on the walls.

While the location was nice and the rooms were spacious, it was soooo dirty. Bugs in the bathroom and red stains all over the walls in all the rooms. The floor made our socks grey and the beds had human and what looked like animal hair all over. We liked visiting Richmond but we wouldn’t stay here again.

I am not one to complain but this was our worst experience staying in Richmond. We have stayed three times now and it started bad and continued to stay bad. Checking in, we arrived early with hopes for early check-in and the room wasn’t clean yet which was fine since we were early so we came back at 3:30 when check-in is at 3. We had 2 rooms booked and they claimed both rooms were still not clean so they offered us 2 different rooms than what we booked and on 2 different floors. The rooms I booked were King suites. I then proceeded to pay after the room situation was settled with a credit card and I signed the paperwork thinking I was good to go. Then my other guest checked into the other room with their credit card. Card continued to be declined because they were trying to continuously charge another card that wasn’t physically present to the check in desk. We went up to our rooms and our room was absolutely horrific. The room was supposed to have a living room, a kitchen, a king bed. Our room had a living room with only a queen bed and another room with a king bed. We had a wobbly table and 1 chair. There was 2 people listed on the reservation for the room. We had nowhere to sit. The sheets were stained. The bathroom wall had old T-shirt stickers from the previous guest. There was no lighting except nightstand lamps and it was overall very dim. The TV was dropping service as well. Every morning, we would wake up to smoke scent coming through the vents into our bathroom and it absolutely reeked. My other guest requested more towels - they were none. Requested another blanket - all they had were sheets. I’m truly unsure how this hotel has the reviews that it does because it was honestly awful. We didn’t complain at the property because it was still a bed to sleep in and come back to but it was a very sad, unwelcoming, unenjoyable stay. We will be going back next month and I refused to stay there again after that experience.

Likes: pleasant staff, quaint outdoor area with pretty landscaping and two working grills. Dislikes: very dated, difficult to control room temp, caustic urine odor in bedroom and throughout hotel, no maintenance on staff during a weekday to assist with temp control, pantry scantily stocked, only a few dishes/glasses in kitchenette. Overall: we will not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel for other travelers.

If you are referring to a room..then it depends on the amount of people, if a common area I'm sure not but a conference room should be ok...yes call them
Maybe 2 adults and 3 kids if the kids are small. It all depends on how comfortable you are with each other. The pullout is probably only a double bed; maybe a queen.
