If the inmate is at 4th Avenue jail, then the inmate's property is at 4th Avenue jail. The inmate's property will be at the Lower Buckeye Jail if the inmate is at any of the other jails.
24 hrs a day
No at the county jail they're are not allowed a television. The only thing they are allowed to have does a small radio with headphones. That must be purchased by the Jail commissary and it is very expensive.
