We hired Wallace Events for our June 2022 wedding in Southwest Harbor, ME event rentals and couldn't recommend them more highly. We essentially rented everything we need from them -- tent, table and chairs, pipe and drape, lighting, all catering equipment and dinnerware, linens, all through the portapotties -- and while the dependency was great and therefore the risk was high, Wallace delivered. We worked with Tyler G. throughout our wedding planning and he was always kind, professional and responsive despite the multiple iterations we went through, not to mention altogether date change (thanks, COVID). Their delivery folks were also timely, kind and professional. You (and your wedding) are in great hands with Wallace!

Used Wallace for my wedding rentals and the process was easy up until the month before the wedding when I learned the representative I had previously working with had left the company via an automated email response. I hadn’t been notified of the change and when I expressed my uneasiness, another sales representative was assigned to my account and the the customer service was not satisfactory. The rentals arrived late on the delivery day and the chairs were delivered to the wrong locations. Overall, my experience was great the 9 months I was working with the first customer service representative but the month and days leading up to the wedding was extremely stressful.
