Pretty bad. Best part of the stay was the young lady at the front desk, who was working hard and doing her best to be professional and accommodating in a run-down, forgotten interstate hotel. The hotel itself is badly, badly in need of renovation. An attempt is being made to keep rooms clean, but the hallways smell terrible, like BO and cigarettes and cover-up air fresheners. Lots of dead bugs in the hallways and stairwells, though there were none in my room. I had to switch rooms because the door to the first room I was assigned would not open, not even using a master key. Almost every fixture in my next room was broken. The bedframe was coming apart and very wobbly, one of my light switches wouldn't turn back off after it was switched on, the shower handle fell off in my hand, I carefully put it back on and was able to use it by being very delicate. The toilet ran all night long despite handle-wiggling and even messing with the bladder a bit. This hotel is falling apart and pretty soon is not going to be a good place to stay for anybody. I recommend researching along your route to find better hotels, or spending the extra $20 for a stay somewhere else that has better invested in the quality of their properties

Positive: Breakfast was good. And they are pet friendly. Negative: It's definitely a 2.5 star hotel. More on the 2 star side really. Desperately in need of a renovation. We tried 2 rooms and both stank. The staff was friendly and accommodating, just needs some attention.

We arrived 9pish. Reception staff was less than friendly, never greeted me. I had to “hello” her.. she had no idea about the breakfast, as I inquired if it was hot. She said it was “continental”. Breakfast actually was of good quality. We enjoyed scrambled eggs, waffles with peanut butter, OJ. Our room was on the 3rd floor. As soon as we got off the elevator, we were overwhelmed with an abundance of cigarette smoke. Our room was small, (2 dbl beds) but it was dirty and smelled like cigs the entire stay. The beds were comfortable and the best part of the entire stay!

We couldn’t even stay the night. Upon arrival, we found a bloody rag on top of the desk and the room generally disheveled. The bed was made (I’ll give them that) but we did not feel comfortable spending any time in the room due to lack of hygiene. The hotel was fully booked so the woman at the front desk (who was clearly alone) couldn’t get us in another room and there was no cleaning staff available to help. The worst part was that my boyfriend and I were only staying here for a night as it was a stop on our road trip route so we had to find another hotel last minute at 9pm when most hotels in the area were fully booked. Moral of the story is, save yourself the stress and avoid booking here to begin with.
