These 2 mortgage companies are the top 2 worst in the states. They meaning OWCEN has reached the 3 Credit Bureaus to say my account was CLOSED INSTEAD OF TRANSFERED THIS MADE MY CREDIT DROP BIG TIME EVERYBODY BETTER CHECK TOO!

My mortgage was sold from Ocwen and I’ve called for three days to make a payment and the hold times are in excess of 35 minutes. I’ve also tried to go on the website to make the payment and cannot do that either!!😡. Should I just drive to Mt Laurel? Is that the only way to pay; is to just walk in? This is ridiculous

Ive got news for you, everything you are experiencing is Ocwens fault. They bought PHH and then laid off 1400 of the 1800 people that worked there. Then moved all customer service from NJ to India.

Problem is that when Ocwen bought PHH in October of 2018, they moved all of PHHs customer service off shore. The name my still be PHH but Ocwen is calling the shots.

We have call centers located in Mt. Laurel, West Palm Beach, Mumbai, Manila, and St. Croix. You are dealing with actual Ocwen/PHH Representatives.

If been going through the same thing for over 15 years every time they say my payment wasn't made I check with my bank and they say the money came out already some one said contact your attorney general office I think I'm going to do that

I was given notice of transfer from Ocwen to PHH explaining what they were doing. What they didn't explain is why. Ocwen used a foreign call center as PHH does now. With Ocwen your account could be set up to ring a stateside center first. This feature is not available with PHH.

Their NJ offices are closed to public currently . Most of employees are currently working from home , including cutomer service

If the account has had insufficient funds, resulting in a returned payment your flag will remain on the account. You will only be able to submit payment with an agent or thru a 3rd party like Western Union or with secured funds via postal service for a period of time.

What statement? Ocwen wanted to charge extra for an ACH payment (nobody charges for a debit on your bank account) unless you go paperless. I don't get statements in the mail. The format of the online statements is 8 1/2 by 14 so when you print out the statement on 8 1/2 by 11 (normal home printer size and not legal size) the bottom part of the page doesn't get printed.
