I've lived in United States for past 26 years I worked for US government and with the military for 20 years and I still don't have my citizenship I went to this office for my citizenship test passed the test and did not get my citizenship they denied my case
I have not received my green card as yet and it was paid for in Oct 02 2021. I don't know what to do

my wife is having the same issue. we've been waiting since December 2021. Its just for a replacement card! We cannot get anyone on the phone and they won't allow appointments for other than basic requests. this is really not right as she has been denied employment etc. because she doesn't have an updated resident card.
How long before my appointment do I need to arrive in the USA? (covid regulations)

10 min before your appointment. if your flying from another country i would say a day or two.
If we live close to the local field office that is handling our case, can we drop off our documentation personally in office instead of mailing it there? Thank you.

No, you can’t drop then in person. Everybody has to follow the process.

They do it after 4 - 5 people have passed the test.
Once the online application case status shows approved and it says a letter will be sent out regarding oath. How much time it takes to get the ceremony date ?
I had my interview form 400 in 05.08.19 and I’m waiting letter for ceremony I don’t know what to do

I have a problem! So they gave me an appointment on a Saturday in July and on their website and page they said they are closed Saturday and Sunday and I cant seem to reach their customer services because they are all automated calls. Can anyone help

Yes. Most of the time swearing on same day. Family member s can attend the oath ceremony.
