These 2 mortgage companies are the top 2 worst in the states. They meaning OWCEN has reached the 3 Credit Bureaus to say my account was CLOSED INSTEAD OF TRANSFERED THIS MADE MY CREDIT DROP BIG TIME EVERYBODY BETTER CHECK TOO!
I have filed complaints against them with the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance. e I was an investigator for the Govt and I know the law and our rights. Unfortunately, the dept of banking and insurance is a political dumping ground, and it's 100% run by political appointments, so they'll never enforce a law for the people, if it interferes with campaign contributions. A lawsuit is the way to go, and I'm in if anyone else is interested, I will do all of the leg work. I've been paying a mortgage for 18 years without issue... 3 payments in with PHH and my entire life has been turned upside down.
I agree. It's time for this company to pay for the mess they have made!!! We need to take this to the courts and make them pay for the disaster they have turned this into.

I'll do it! Only 2 payments in, and both took over a week 2 process (10-11 days), making it late this time! And they're closer than Ocwen was, in FL! And it's processed as an E-CHECK?!? NO excuse! Piss poor!
I'm in. They closed my account with Owen; which made my credit score drop 30 points with Experian. I'm so pissed about that. I'm trying to rebuild my credit.
I guess PHH has not changed since they tried to foreclose on my home...while refusing to take a payment. I kept all my paperwork. When yall decide to take action, I'm down. I had to talk to their office of the president and cuss them out before they did me right. They also outsource overseas when theres ppl in America that need jobs. I wouldnt open a credit card account with this company and wouldnt invite any of their employees to my home.

Yes, I have thought about a mass lawsuit also. I get a headache every time I have to call them. I have to keep calling about the same issues and I never get the same answer. They are the worst, Ocwen was never this bad. Escrow questions never seem to be answered properly. I always have to call back to make sure they do what they say they are going to do to my account. I am tired having to make sure that they do their job. More people need to be held accountable.

We paid ocean for 20 years now I just received sheriff sale date foe Nov. 20th Said I was 14 months behind. I have ocwens confirmation emails of my payments. All that I missed 2 payments.and they womt take anything less than full. I called them and they said have my lawyer only call them We live on a disability Income We pay for our house and don't live anywhere for free.. Please anyone let's class action. I'm living is a one bedroom senior/disabled apt building IN CAMDEN NJ, my wife n I need to sue them but I need a class a room please We are in if we can get a suit together
They are not in cahoots with PHH. Ocwen bought PHH. They are still named PHH because, somehow, they had a better name in the public eye then Ocwen. When Ocwen bought PHH, they let go 1400 PHH employees and tripled the work on the people that were left behind. Ocwen is a terribly run company who doesnt care about the rules. They make them up as they go. I understand all the hate for PHH but just know, youre actually mad at Ocwen.
REAL LIVE SCAMMERS!! MY STATEMENT SAID MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE WAS $905,975.94 FOR MAY THEN WHEN MY JULY STATEMENT CAME IT SAID MY BALANCE WAS $911,331.12!! I CALLED THEM COULD EXPLAIN HOW MY BALACE INCREASED AND IM MAKING EXTRA PAYMENTS ALL THE TIME!! OWCEN WAS PRETTY BAD TOO YOU HAVE TO WATCH EVERYTHING!

phh recommended that we use new rez to refi. we started the process in dec 2020.my balloon ended in jan 2021. my loan was conditionally approved in jan 2021.its now may 2021 and they wont even talk to us.no email ,no call nothing..check the website why?it has not changed since jan. phh will call and ask for their money all the time.nothing from new rez.its a full time job to try to get info. now my great credit is ruined.they are in cahoots!

Been making payments since July and they keep sending it back then sent new amt they saying never received it and want another amt although i have confirmation numbers where they have received it. Now they say send receipts for 3rd time and im now in active forclosure after 21 years of paying on my home. Help!!!
Ocwen already has had a class action against them. I received a check for $3.67 when it was resolved. What a joke. I think this why they are in cahoots with PHH, so they can continue screwing their customers.

I am on board for a mass lawsuit! Just let me know what to do! Most definitely! Just as I was closing on the sale of my property, they claimed that I had minutes to email documents to them proving it was under contract. It wasn't clear what documents they wanted but I sent everything I had. It apparently didn't get to them within the 16 minutes allowed and they tell me it was legitimately foreclosed!
