Why am I waiting on hold for almost an hour, just to make a payment? Ridiculous

Problem is that when Ocwen bought PHH in October of 2018, they moved all of PHHs customer service off shore. The name my still be PHH but Ocwen is calling the shots.

I tried, says I need to speak to someone. Guess they don't want to be paid. Absolutely horrible customer service

Hello there, There are some long hold times due to recent loan transfers. If you'd like, you can make your payment by phone if you have your loan number by selecting the option when you call in for the pay by phone service, or make your payment on mortgagequestions.com.
