My father came in for blood work and he’s never been here before. He’s elderly and has an accent but he speaks English very very well. He’s not good with technology so he had trouble with the check in screen process. He asked the man at the front desk for help and the employee replied with something along the lines of “that’s not my problem”. Another patient helped him out of kindness. Terrible customer service. I don’t get how you work in healthcare but you have no customer service or patient care skills. This is coming from a fellow healthcare worker.

Very friendly and professional staff. I was in and out in about 10 minutes with an appointment. Definitely go to this one instead of the one two blocks away.

I've been going here for blood draws throughout my pregnancy and I've had a really fantastic experience each time. I get faint around needles/blood and the staff are very thoughtful about this. The draws have also been painless. The building and office are a little run down, but looking beyond that, you're in very good hands with Steve and the team. Very grateful to have had so many positive experiences at this location.
